After you have spoken with staff and at least three business days before our mediation session, please do the following:

- Complete the Agreement to Mediate (link below)
- Complete the Mediation Intake Form (link below)
- Pay your share of the mediation retainer (link below or mail a check or money order)
Unless otherwise arranged, all mediation sessions take place by video conference.
